The hair line mimics a natural hair line; due to maintenance be familiar with lace fronts; most cost effective.
Skin w/Lace
Most commonly requested by clients experiencing hair loss related to alopeciab (minus alopecia universalis/alopecia totalis). This unit will have skin like material in the front thus making the fit a bit more snug and suitable for longer durations of wear. Application with adhesive may not be necessary.
Full Skin
Most commonly requested by clients experiencing hair loss due to traumatic events as well as stress, clients who are experiencing cancer chemoradiation, as well as clients who suffer from trichotillomania. This unit will closely resemble the skin of the patient. Thus, mimicking their natural scalp and hair line. Flexible for active lifestyles; more expensive.
Lace/Monofilament w/Polyurethane Edge
Most durable out of all the cranial prosthetics; more durable than an undetectable look; uses heavier materials during production; median in price range; suitable for all types of hair loss minus scalp sensitivity due to the materials used to manufacture unit. This unit lasts the longest but not the most natural looking again due to the materials.

To determine you wig size, you need to measure your head. Before you measure, though, be sure to flatten your hair. Also use a cloth tape measure to ensure accuracy.

Start in front, follow your hairline above your ear, around back to the bend in your neck, around to your other ear, then back up to the front.
